THE CCS APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT COACHING
We have been providing coaching and career counselling services since
1978. Our approach to coaching enables individuals and teams to:
- identify strengths and weaknesses
- develop practical ways to build on strengths and manage weaknesses
- understand better what motivates themselves and their colleagues
- gain feedback on personal style and impact
- develop successful ways to manage stress
- manage careers more effectively
At CCS, you will have a number of one-to-one meetings with an experienced
coach. These can be arranged at your premises, in our own offices or at
a neutral location. Meetings may be supplemented with telephone and email
support.
If you wish, we can organise a preliminary meeting. This could include
your manager or HR representative, to clarify expectations and coaching
goals.
To provide an objective focus, meetings are often supplemented by 360
feedback, questionnaires and a range of written exercises. These include:
- ‘Pilat’ 360 feedback questionnaires
- Team Management Profile
- Career Anchors
- Myers Briggs Type Indicator
- The Personal Success Cycle
- ‘When I’m at my best’.
These not only address individual strengths and areas for improvement,
but also help to indicate:
- how you are seen by others at work
- what are your most and least preferred ways of working in teams
- your key career ‘drivers’
- how you can be more in control of managing change
- those situations in which you are most able to flourish.
