CCS CAREER WORKOUT

FORMAT

Your initial meeting with a career coach will enable you to gain the most from the two day residential programme. A subsequent individual meeting, some weeks after the residential, will enable you to keep on track and maintain the momentum of your action plans.

The CCS CAREER WORKOUT groups are run informally. Much of the time you will be working in pairs or trios, with guidance from an experienced CCS career coach. There are a maximum of six people on each programme and two CCS coaches. All discussions are confidential.

We will ask you to do some preparation prior to your individual meeting. Following this meeting, your career coach will also give you some further self assessment exercises to complete prior to the residential.
