Introduction

CCS Workshops and Training Courses are designed to equip you with practical tools, build your skills and produce action plans that will be long lasting rather than a 'quick fix'. The key programmes we currently run include:

1 Career and Personal Development Workshops: run in-house for staff in career transition, or who want to consider their most appropriate next steps

2 Career Counselling Core Skills Training: open and in-house courses for Human Resource Professionals, Career Coaches and Counsellors who want to develop their skills and experience. This course licences participants to use the CCS Self Assessment Manual, and may contribute towards the development of your own career in career counselling or coaching.

3 Managing People through Organisational Change: run in-house for line and HR managers needing to manage and support staff through organisational restructuring, downsizing, merger and closure.
