This workshop is for people who want to take stock of their interests, values, competencies and development needs in a supportive and creative group setting. Participants are guided through a four stage model of career and personal development. Much of the work is undertaken in pairs and small groups with support from a CCS tutor.

  • To develop a realistic and motivating vision of the future, and be better equipped to manage personal and career development flexibly in response to a changing employment market.
