This one day Master Class is for career coaches, executive coaches, counsellors and development practitioners working with individuals on work-life balance issues.
Improving work-life balance is often highlighted as an objective for coaching clients; feeling ‘out of balance’ is a common experience for employees with high demands from work and home lives. New learnings from psychology studies provide an evidence-based approach to helping such individuals to better combine the different roles within their lives.
This course draws on learnings from psychology research and coaching practice to give you a more in-depth understanding of the nature of personal balance, together with a range of work-life frameworks and practical exercises to use with your coachees. You will also have the opportunity to consider your own work-life management, through practicing the tools within the context of your own life.
