This Masterclass will equip you to help your clients create compelling stories about themselves to make sense of the threads running through their career to date, and to help them with ways forward
CCS MasterClasses
CCS offers a range of one day MasterClasses for trained Coaches, Career Coaches and others who are helping people to find increased fulfilment, make decisions, know themselves better, develop resilience to get through a period of unemployment, manage the uncertainties that significant change can bring, think about career direction and improve their performance.
We only put on a MasterClass once it has been ‘tried and tested’, and thus we are responding to demand. These courses are aimed at:
- developing your level of skill to apply in more challenging client situations
- increasing the range of tools or approaches you have at your disposal
- stimulating your knowledge about some original theory or applied research
- building your ability to deal with current client challenges.
CCS MasterClasses are Certificated and may count to your own professional requirement for Continuing Professional Development.
Current students of Kingston University’s Postgraduate Certificate in Career and Talent Management may attend one CCS MasterClass free of charge.
