Antoinette Oglethorpe is a leadership development consultant, coach, speaker, and author. She has over 25 years’ experience of developing leaders for companies like P&G and Accenture. Her philosophy is a simple one. She believes organisations can’t develop leaders. They can only help them develop themselves in a way that will support the organisation. So, learning through experience, coaching, mentoring and career conversations should be an integral part of any development strategy.
Antoinette qualified as a career coach in 1999. She specialises in developing leadership talent in organisations by connecting employees’ career ambitions with the goals of the organisation. She is the creator of the Career Conversation Toolkit a set of practical card-based tools, for managers, mentors and in-house coaches.
Antoinette is the author of Grow Your Geeks – A Handbook for Developing Leaders in High-Tech Organisations. She has also published two ebooks LEADER – How to Develop Remarkable Leaders Who Deliver Amazing Results and It’s Good to Talk. A Practical Guide to Career Conversations in the Workplace.
