During her 25 year career as a Learning & Development specialist, including 11 years at Channel 4, Natalie helped individuals to proactively manage and develop their careers. As a trained Style & Colour Consultant, she is also able to help clients enhance their image in line with their career goals and job search.
As well as Channel 4, Natalie worked for John Lewis, PwC, KPMG and McLaren Technology Group as Head of Learning & Development. This mix of blue chip organisations has given her valuable insights into ‘best practice’ in many areas relevant to career coaching such as recruitment, interview practices, competency frameworks and assessment centres.
A qualified Career Coach since 2002, Natalie has worked with a wide range of people in the BBC, A+E Networks, AKQA, Warner Bros TV Production UK, Red Bull Media, Daily Express and Greenlight Digital.
Natalie holds a post-graduate level Executive Coaching Diploma (ILM Level 7, 2007), a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and of the Association for Coaching. She is accredited to use a range of tools and diagnostics, including MBTI, FIRO¬-B, ESCI 360 (Emotional Intelligence for leaders) and 16PF.
