They’re very good (Googling will bring up some of his research, books and mentions in articles). I went for much the same reasons as you. Whilst they won’t say “this is the job for you”, what they will do is run lots of tests on you to identify what you’re good at, and what you like, as well as talk through many of the issues involved in a job change, and help you figure out where you really want your life to be going.
