We believe it is important to have consultants who are not only well
qualified and experienced, but who are also able to bring their own
life experience. CCS consultants have many years' experience working
together - we enjoy our work! Each of us brings a particular specialism
and training. This encompasses occupational and counselling psychology
and experience in the public and commercial sectors, including financial
services, telecommunications, retailing and pharmaceuticals.
Rob Nathan
Founder and Director of CCS, Rob has led more than one hundred career
and personal development workshops, and training programmes in career
management, coaching and counselling. He supervises and mentors professional
career counsellors, HR and management development specialists and
senior managers. Rob has co-authored two successful books, including
Career Counselling (R Nathan & L Hill, Sage, 1992). Rob is a Chartered
Psychologist and has postgraduate qualifications in counselling and
systemic consultation.
Eric Decker
Eric is a business psychologist, with extensive experience of leading
career and personal development programmes. He was part of the British
Telecom team of psychologists for five years. Eric provides career
counselling and coaching to a wide range of clients. He is also an
Associate of Ashridge Management College where he works as a coach
on leadership development programmes. Eric has worked with CCS since
1994.
Jean Floyed
Jean is a psychologist who joined CCS in 1990, having previously worked
as a consultant with Saville & Holdsworth. Co-author of the CCS
Self Assesment and Job Hunting Manuals, she has led many Career and
Personal Development Workshops. In addition Jean has extensive experience
of working with individuals at times of change. She is particularly
interested in using creative approaches to facilitate and manage change.
Gilly Freedman
Gilly was Training Manager for the Japanese bank Nomura for five years.
Since 1990, she has been running career management workshops for several
large organisations, and has experience of two leading edge in-house
career management centres. Gilly was a co-founder of the successful
CCS Core Skills Training Programme, and has taught on it since 1996.
She has postgraduate qualifications in counselling and coaching.
Harriet Grace
Harriet has been with CCS since 1987. She is a trained counsellor
and has tutored on CCS Career and Personal Development Workshops,
She supports senior executives whose jobs have been made redundant
to take stock and find new work. Harriet is also a writer with a Masters
degree in Creative Writing.
Sue Moseley
Sue's background in general management and management consultancy
provided an excellent basis for a Masters degree in career management
and counselling from London University, and consequent career change.
Sue has worked with UK and international clients in the financial
services, automotive, pharmaceutical and telecoms industries. She
is experienced in working with private and corporate clients in managing
career change and development and is currently part of a team at London
University conducting Europe-wide research into Best Practice in Management
Development.
Belinda Smith
Belinda's early career was in Human Resource Management with large
international companies in the airport and oil exploration industries.
Her subsequent career move has seen Belinda complete a Masters programme
in career management and counselling at London University, and independent
HR assignments with smaller companies in the hi-tech, electronics,
surveying and picture sectors. Belinda is a Fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Personnel and Development and currently co-chairman of
the 16PF(Personality Profile) Users' Group.
